Our custom graphics refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. We stand behind every product we produce.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for non-customized items in original, uninstalled condition. Custom-cut or personalized decals (boat names, custom text, unique designs) are final sale unless they arrive defective or damaged. A 10% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns of stock items.

Email or contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Custom-printed items are non-returnable unless defective.
Receive Return Authorization
We'll review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1–2 business days.
Ship the Item Back
Pack the item securely and include your RMA number on the outside of the package. Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
